ProtiDokan.com-এ স্বাগতম। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলীর সাথে একমত হচ্ছেন। দয়া করে আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহারের পূর্বে শর্তাবলী মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়ুন।

১. শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ
ProtiDokan.com-এ নিবন্ধন বা সেবা ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Seller Policy এবং Return Policy মেনে চলতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

২. যোগ্যতা

• আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার করতে হলে ব্যবহারকারীর বয়স ন্যূনতম ১৮ বছর হতে হবে।

• নিবন্ধনের সময় প্রদানকৃত সকল তথ্য সঠিক, নির্ভুল ও হালনাগাদ হতে হবে।

৩. অ্যাকাউন্ট দায়িত্ব

• আপনার লগইন তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করা আপনার দায়িত্ব।

• আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবহার করে সম্পন্নকৃত সব কার্যক্রম আপনার দায়িত্ব হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।

• আপনার অবহেলার কারণে কোনো অননুমোদিত অ্যাক্সেস ঘটলে ProtiDokan.com দায়ী থাকবে না।

৪. মার্কেটপ্লেস ভূমিকা

• ProtiDokan.com একটি অনলাইন মার্কেটপ্লেস হিসেবে কাজ করে, যা বিক্রেতা ও ক্রেতাদের সংযুক্ত করে।

• আমরা তালিকাভুক্ত পণ্যের নির্মাতা বা মালিক নই।

• পণ্যের গুণমান, বৈধতা ও নিরাপত্তার দায়িত্ব সংশ্লিষ্ট বিক্রেতার।

৫. নিষিদ্ধ কার্যকলাপ
ব্যবহারকারীরা নিম্নলিখিত কাজ করতে পারবেন না:

• অবৈধ, নকল বা নিষিদ্ধ পণ্য তালিকাভুক্ত বা ক্রয়।

• প্রতারণামূলক বা বিভ্রান্তিকর কার্যক্রম।

• অন্যের মেধাস্বত্ব লঙ্ঘন।

• ওয়েবসাইটের নিরাপত্তা, সিস্টেম বা কার্যক্রমে হস্তক্ষেপ।

৬. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

• ক্রেতাদের অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যের পূর্ণ মূল্য, প্রযোজ্য ট্যাক্স ও ডেলিভারি চার্জসহ পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

• বিক্রেতাদের অবশ্যই আমাদের Seller Policy-তে উল্লেখিত মূল্য, কমিশন ও পেমেন্ট শর্তাবলী মেনে চলতে হবে।

৭. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড

• রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড আমাদের অফিসিয়াল Return & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।

• ProtiDokan.com ক্রেতা ও বিক্রেতার মধ্যে বিরোধ মীমাংসার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

৮. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা

• ProtiDokan.com কোনো সরাসরি, পরোক্ষ বা আকস্মিক ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না যা আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে ঘটতে পারে।

• আমরা পণ্যের কর্মক্ষমতা, লিস্টিং-এর যথার্থতা বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবার গ্যারান্টি প্রদান করি না।

৯. অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত ও বাতিলকরণ

• ProtiDokan.com এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘনকারী যে কোনো অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।

• প্রতারণামূলক, অপব্যবহারমূলক বা অবৈধ কার্যক্রমের বিরুদ্ধে আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে।

১০. নীতিমালার পরিবর্তন

• ProtiDokan.com যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী হালনাগাদ বা পরিবর্তন করতে পারে।

• হালনাগাদকৃত শর্তাবলী ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশের সঙ্গে সঙ্গে কার্যকর হবে।

১১. প্রযোজ্য আইন
